Top notch! The phone contact was excellent; you could tell he was a car enthusiast, conscientious, and valued for his reputation, and therefore professional! Mr. Tricard was very patient with my high standards, which he met perfectly. With the trade-in of my vehicle and the delivery of the new one, a turnkey service that made everything easier. I found the green Mini of my dreams at GT Motors. I saw the ad on Le Bon Coin. Very warm welcome when I went to see her, without having made an appointment, by the young man present that day. Then the exchanges on the phone or by SMS were fluid. The car was serviced at Mini just before I came to pick it up which gave me confidence. Upon delivery: warm welcome, all documents were ready and the explanations given by the boss were clear. For administrative follow-up then, the discussions were also pleasant. In summary: a good address!
